The condition had failed to respond to conventional treatment methods including pelvic traction, nonsteroid anti-inflamatory drugs and spinal manipulation. The patient under went laser therapy treatment as an outpatient for 7 months with 2 treatments per week, the patient's condition dramatically improved, demonstrated by mobility exercises.
