City Clinic Group including City Back Pain Clinic is approved by major health insurance companies including BUPA, BUPA International, AXA PPP, HSA, AVIVA, BCWA, WPA, Benenden, Simply Health, Pru-Health and Sun Alliance.

Treatment will be paid each visit and a receipt given at the end of treatment, patients should contact their insurance company to find out how to claim, policies may differ with respect to the payable allowances and excess amounts payable, patients are advised to keep all receipts in order to claim monies from their insurance company.

Often treatment is given to you immediately after your first consultation, but sometimes it may be necessary to seek further information from your GP, or to arrange for X-rays, or a blood or urine test.

HOWEVER, it is important you phone your insurance company to check for any restrictions. You may need a referral from your general practitioner or consultant.

Acupuncture Fee - initial consultation at £65 and follow ups at £60

Sports Massage Fee - initial consultation at £65 and follow ups at £60
